Postage and Tracking
- How long will my Item take to be delivered?
We source our products from various suppliers globally. Due to this delivery can vary from 2-4 weeks. This can often be less. We assign tracking to every order so keep an eye on your email inbox for the tracking information once the item has been posted.
- I have only received part of my order.
We often will request items be posted directly from the supplier. If this is the case your items may come in separate packages. Don't worry though we cover this extra cost to get your products to you as quick as possible.
- Where do you deliver to?
We are working hard to offer delivery to all countries worldwide. If for some reason we have issues, we will contact you via email.
- What about customs?
We understand that each and every country has its own customs limit, so our distribution work closely with us to reduce and chance of your product being held by customs.
In the rare event that a charge occurs, YOU the customer are 100% responsible for all taxes, duties or tariffs charged. This is a charge not by us or your post office, but from your countries customs department and payment will need to be made to them. Please be aware of this on large orders.
Exchanges & Refunds

- What if I want a refund?
Should you change your mind on a product after ordering you have up until the item has been posted to request a cancellation and refund of your order. Once the product has been shipped, we will only offer store credit to the paid value of the product. ONLY once the item has been returned and is in complete as sold condition.
This offer is valid for 30 days after delivery of the product.
Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping.
